1. Surface Preparation – Concrete Grinding
We start by mechanically grinding the entire concrete surface. This removes old coatings, stains, and imperfections, and opens the pores of the concrete to ensure maximum epoxy adhesion.
2. Concrete Repair
Cracks, pits, and surface damage are carefully repaired with industrial-grade patching materials. A smooth, even surface is critical to ensure a strong and lasting finish.
3. Moisture Testing (if needed)
We check for moisture issues that could impact the adhesion and longevity of your floor. If necessary, we apply moisture-blocking primers.
4. Base Coat Application
